It's time we got together again and here is a four-session course as we move into summer.
If you'd like to take part in our next course, please contact us. You will benefit from attending the full course but the occasional absence is unavoidable; we continue to take account of life's difficulties as we move on from lockdown.
Once your place has been allocated you'll be kept in the email loop with Zoom links etc. but do save one of these emails with a link to the Mindfulness and Writing blog where you can find an up-to-date version of this instruction, links to mindfulness practices (YouTube), inspirational writing and prompts we have done. You can come here anytime to practice mindfulness and writing or find news about what we're all up to.
The course will take you back to the beginning in Mindfulness and Writing practices (since we will have newcomers in groups), but those who've taken part will tell you that no two sessions are ever the same - they evolve with whoever is present.

- sharing of outcomes from both mindfulness and writing

- five minute mindfulness finish
- farewell and chat feedback
